KGD attended the 16th Annual Women in Construction Leadership Conference: Empowering the Next Generation. Our inspirational women leaders were among 550 strong, insightful, and diverse women from various backgrounds. They spent the day learning and sharing techniques for supporting each other in career advancement, industry best practices, mentorship and networking. It was encouraging and inspiring to hear how so many women have persevered and become successful in the AEC industry. They look forward to attending again next year and continuing to support all of the amazing women that work at KGD and with our industry partners.
