What looks like a hole in a ground, and a pile of dirt today will be transformed into a 14-story, 321-unit multifamily building in NoMa neighborhood of Washington, DC by December 2022. The project developed by Monument Realty and built by Donahoe Construction Company utilizes the maximum 130 feet allowed for the site as a function of the combined lot agreement. Project amenities include fitness area, work pod spaces, and lounge spaces, as well as a swimming pool and clubroom at the penthouse level. The building’s façade is composed of large floor-to-ceiling windows that bring natural light to each apartment. This distinctive building, with its vibrant use of color, is at home among the murals of this eclectic neighborhood.
