It is with excitement that we announce that construction is beginning on Delta Towers . The project, nicknamed “Fortitude” has been many years in the making. A lot of hard work and late nights were sacrificed in bringing this project to fruition, for a community in need of more affordable housing. The building being constructed will sit adjacent to the existing Delta Tower Apartments building on Bladensburg Rd NE Washington DC. The new construction will have 179 affordable units for seniors–to include 18 permanent supportive housing units–and ground-floor retail.
