The way in which we know social and publicly funded housing is a thing of the past. With the dramatic rise in privatization of housing projects, the future of housing requires redirection and creativity in order to survive as a vital and necessary public function.
This research aims to speculate on new ways of considering the future of social housing. In order for housing to become better suited and more adaptable for the future, the role and relationship of the inhabitants and the architect must be reconsidered.
