Happy Earth Day! KGD is proud to collaborate with Arlington Partnership for Affordable Housing (APAH) on many projects, and one of them is Crystal House Three (CH3) in Arlington, Virginia. This is one of several important developments in the area which will provide affordable housing for the community.

Plus, sustainability is equally important to APAH and KGD. A few aspects that make CH3 special are its forthcoming EarthCraft Gold Certification (once construction is complete in 2028) as well as the specified use of Energy Star appliances; WaterSense plumbing fixtures; photovoltaic panels (solar); green roofs; stormwater management quantity and quality; and LED lighting throughout. It is also designed to be Zero Energy ready.
