As you may have seen in recent news articles, KGD has partnered with Eakins Properties to design the Seven Corners redevelopment project. Located at the intersection of Route 7, Route 50, Wilson Boulevard, and Sleepy Hollow Road, this long-standing community hub is being reimagined to better serve the neighborhood. The project will deliver 450 residential units, 30,000 SF of retail, a new community plaza, and enhanced pedestrian and bicycle connections, creating a more vibrant and connected destination for the area. KGD is excited to be working on this transformative project and helping shape one of the most talked-about intersections in Northern Virginia that is inside the Beltway.
