On Wednesday, September 17, KGD joined in celebrating the official groundbreaking for The Sweeney (formerly known as Crystal House 3) with True Ground Housing Partners.

This project will deliver 432 critically needed affordable apartments in the National Landing area, making it the largest affordable housing development in Arlington, Virginia in decades. KGD remains honored to be a part of this exciting collaboration, and we are all looking forward to its completion. Our congratulations to True Ground and the whole project team for reaching this project’s latest milestone. Its topping out will be next!
