This week, KGD's project for Arlington Partnership for Affordable Housing (APAH) – Queens Court in Arlington, VA – was featured in UrbanLand’s UL10: Infill Housing showcase. Authored by Ron Nyren, a freelance architecture and urban design writer based in the San Francisco Bay area, the article highlights 10 infill residential developments completed within the past five years that help strengthen the urban fabric and add density where they are needed most.
