This week, we’re celebrating the incredible women at KGD who are shaping the future of the built environment. As you may know, Women in Construction Week takes place during the first full week in March every year. It is a time to highlight all the great initiatives and work of women within the industry.

Members of our team recently attended a Women in Construction stewardship event hosted by Women in Construction, Inc. (WIC). KGD Associate Principal Alex Shifflett shared her experience with us, highlighting the importance of mentorship, support, and building stronger pathways for women in the industry.
