We are seeking passionate individuals to join our team and help us shape a better future for our communities. Current openings exist for entry-level designers and architects with eight or more years of experience, as well as those who can support our marcom and business development efforts. KGD Mentorship program

The program brings together Emerging Professionals (EPs) with firm Mentors engaging one another in a mutual learning and networking environment.

The program's goal is to confer professional knowledge, culture, and leadership strategies from one architectural generation to another. The program fosters symbiotic relationships centered around mentorship, dialogue, and shared experiences.

Meetings occur once a month and focus on the specific challenges facing emerging professionals-from building long-term professional connections to strategies for career advancement.

The meetings allow EPs to familiarize themselves with the firm's resources, guest speakers' personal stories of growth to impart lessons on career paths, business management, social responsibility, and more. All meetings are followed by an open session where the speakers can engage attendees on a personal basis.

Emerging Professionals

Our Emerging Professionals Program sets up a framework to help EPs identify and reach their career goals and tap into all the resources KGD has to offer.

This program provides an opportunity to learn about and discuss all aspects of KGD including study materials and resources, continuing education resources, software skills and training, committee initiatives and involvement, research opportunities, networking opportunities and our Mentorship Program.

Through all these resources, EPs are supported in their development as a well-rounded professional in this industry. This program meets monthly and encourages both formal and informal conversation creating a comfortable and encouraging environment to ask questions and discuss challenges.
