Between the three historic buildings on 11th Street and the new tower on 12th Street, a stunning glass enclosed atrium lobby fronts onto F Street. Looking to capture the historical and architectural characteristics, the design goal was to create unique Class-A tenant suites that would attract more progressive clients,. Providing a more dynamic space allows end-users flexibility with integrating their programmatic needs within an industrial yet elegant aesthetic. Through transparency, minimal enclosed space and ambient lighting, the space limits visual obstructions and provides connections to the exterior natural light and views of the City. The support spaces were designed to inspire and facilitate collaboration and social interaction and to create the feel of upscale amenities within the work place.
