The building is mid-block with courtyards which backup to the adjacent property. Project includes a variety of amenities includes a fitness area, work pod spaces, lounge spaces as well as a swimming pool and clubroom at the penthouse level.
The approach to the building from the intersection of First street or North Capitol Street presents a façade that has a colorful and distinctive appearance due to the use of red architectural panels and vibrant yellow trim used on the windows. The use of glazing at the Patterson Court clearly make the entrance to the building. The building’s façade is composed of large floor to ceiling windows that bring natural light to each apartment. This area of NoMa, with its murals is a great setting for a distinctive building that stands out from its neighbors through use of color.
