About the Project

Alexander House is a renovation project of a 16-story building with a below-grade parking structure originally constructed in 1992. Interior renovations include the conversion of the existing exterior breezeway to a two-story residential lobby, modernization of the elevators and residential units, and new MEP systems.

About the Project

A new clubroom, fitness area, library, and media room were added to the project as residential amenities. The exterior of the building was revitalized with new energy efficient windows, new railing systems, a new building entrance and canopy feature, as well as new outdoor landscaped areas. New public use spaces that are focused around the digital arts were added at the plaza level. These spaces help the building connect to the overall Elizabeth Square development, which is focused on the Arts, Health, and Wellness. The building maintains a total of 305 residential units; forty percent is be affordable.
