The project originally started as a real estate analysis of AstraZeneca’s existing owned buildings and leased spaces. We were instrumental in refining the existing open office standards to accommodate the needs of their East Coast campus. We collaborated with the Owner to develop all of the following program spaces: Research Labs, Commercial Office Functions, aswell as Campus Amenities, such as Cafeteria and Dining, Auditorium and Training Centers, Employee Health Clinic, Retail and Vendor Exhibit Space, and Gaming and Entertainment Space.
