KGD collaborated with AstraZeneca to renovate
an existing 7,000 sf office suite at 430 East 29
Street, New York, New York. Incorporating the
programmatic standards the space maximized
seating with a more flexible and interactive office
culture with the addition of increased function
based open office areas, collaboration areas,
teaming rooms and revamped pantry for social
interaction.
