Centro Arlington is a new upscale mixed-use development strategically located in Arlington on the NWC Columbia Pike and S. George Mason Drive.

About Project

A 52,000 SF Harris Teeter will anchor the 80,000 SF of retail within the six-story development. In addition, 366-upscale luxury apartments units will be located in the five-stories above the retail. The development will also include a public square at the intersection of Columbia Pike + S. George Mason Drive. This “green oasis” will provide a place to sit, relax and enjoy the new greenery and retail.
