About the Project

This 876,000 SF project further anchors Tysons as a premier mixed-use hub by replacing shuttered auto dealerships with two 21-story buildings consisting of 518 units for those at 60% AMI or less. It includes a new 32,000 SF, two-story community center operated by Fairfax County Neighborhood and Community Services.
