With its construction by DAVIS Construction well underway since breaking ground this summer, it’s time to provide an update on APAH’s Riggs Crossing Senior Residences (Riggs Crossing) project in Washington, DC. KGD Associate Principal Larry J. Henderson II has led the KGD Multifamily and Lifestyle Interior studios in providing interior design for this project in complement with the base building architecture by Torti Gallas + Partners. Most notably, the KGD Team collaborated closely with the Lamond Riggs Citizen Association (LRCA) and our partners at APAH. The LRCA played a major role to help shape the concepts and resident experience that will best reflect the senior resident population and the immediate Riggs Park community when this project delivers in 2025.
